LEGENDS EM HELIOS' BEHAVIOR

Let's recap the events of the night.

Legends EM held an event from which he barred anyone who couldn't enter his arena from trammel. He barred anyone who was red from even attending regardless of whether or not they had a pet dragon to fight in his dragon fights.

He then proceeded to skip randomly over people who entered for no reason other than he didn't keep track of who entered and then ignore them. Basically, he was too lazy to write anything down so random players don't get to participate.

Later he disappears for 20 minutes. During this time, players randomly are booted from his arena into an X field that gets anyone who is in factions put in stat loss or killed by blue pks.

He returns claiming he never booted anyone, at which point an uproar occurs by the blues from outside and they attack anyone in factions inside. HE BANS THE PEOPLE KILLED while participating or watching from the arena and allows the pks to stay citing they were fighting. He does nothing about half the people that attacked but removes the other half. All the people that attacked came from 1 guild.

He still prohibits any ability of other guilds to defend themselves with their reds.

He then denies any of this happening and calls me and another player a liar.

The result is of course my demand to speak to a supervisor. He says sure he will put me through. He bans me from his arena and teleports me out.
Basically, this is the worst customer service ever. He deliberately gets players killed by throwing them into a trap. moronically skips people that had entered his event. He makes a mockery of ea customer service.

This is what paying customers have to pay for.

You know EM Helios does a fantastic job of being an EM on our shard. He is always fair, even if people don't like it.

I know you've all seen the people show up and complain when they don't get something, EM Helios handles things very well, when I'd have just booted and kicked people out.

It's hard to host anything in fel, but he does his best, there will always be griefers at any event like this. There will always be people who will complain about any and everything at the drop of a hat. If things don't go your way, you're the first to stand up and cry about it.

We are very lucky to have EMs in the first place, and Legends is doubly lucky to have EM Helios, he does an amazing job. We're always having EM events that are fun and different. He doesn't have to do all the wonderful things he does for us.

If I were him, I'd never do another event in fel, this is what happens. People can't behave themselves in Fel and everything erupts into chaos. This is not the EMs fault, this is just stupid childish people who have nothing better to do with their time than to ruin other people's fun. Don't go blaming the EM, he did the best he could with the situation at hand. He has been wonderful to our shard.... ask around, some shards don't have very many EM events, we have tons..... thanks to EM Helios and Tashik.

Then who was Clawfingers he was there he was red only red to show up.You didn't tell everyone that when Hellios lost conn few people starting to kill people . I love how the people always like to grief events always cry .Its always the same people that cry rest the shard not crying .

I too suspect this thread will be locked, EM Helios isn't here to defend himself.

Almost every Felucca EM event I've read about ended badly, People ask why the EMs don't do many - This is why. They cannot run well unless thought out perfectly, The margin for griefing is just too large.

You are creative, I will give you that. Now if it were only true you might actually have a complaint.

EMs are players who are paid to host live events and are not supposed to EM on their home shards.

Problem is I am a Pac player who was on Baja to see the space scape houses and overheard another Pac player say how he and another Pac player got 2 books from the Chessy event that act like runebooks and are very cool looking.

Pac player one discussed this in gen chat with anonymous player. They discussed 'moving' them and Pac player one said you might wanna get some gold over here fast...

The EMs might not be allowed to host events on their home shards but there is no stopping their friends from their home shards hopping over to nab some nice event items.

The EM program will always be open to criticism but this was downright ridiclous. It took a whole lot of profanity to finally get a supervisor and only because the EM wanted me gone.

I can't speak to what did or did not happen, or whether Helios is in the right or wrong... all I can suggest is sending a PM to Mesanna here on Stratics and give your side of the story. She might at least take a look into the situation for you.

Well I was there on my tamer Wrym Guardian. EM Helios lost connection for about 20-30 minutes. During this time we were trying to decide what to do. I suggested contacting a GM, I figured maybe they could help. While I was reading the reply all hell broke loose quit literally. I was in the ring because it was my turn and so was Alice. Well when I closed the GM message, I see the messages "You are being attacked by El DaNgEl" and "You are being attacked by Thugnifecent" There were people being attacked everywhere.

The only people that were booted from the arena were those that were attacking people.

Now Ominus as I know for a FACT that El DaNgEl is YOUR char. You attacked me WITHOUT provocation. You brought everything that happened to you down on your own head. I DO NOT FEEL SORRY FOR YOU! YOU GOT WHAT YOU DESERVED!

If I were you I'd shut up and leave well enough alone before Mesanna bans you for life or worse!
