It can be special if all 80 skills can be used in a good template...
Can you imbue?? And change skills based on the same class of skills??
@UO Houses skill change only works if weight is below 500, this is way above 500.
dunno how much it would be worth, sampire or wrath form / chiv / tamer would be pretty awesome tho. the skill set is definitely useable. you would only have 200 combat skill points but with 50ish lmc and 100 or even 96mana leech weapons should be viable. very cool.
