Legacy tokens

Been buying a few Legacy tokens for soulstones from the UO store. I've gotten 3 in the past week or so, and now it tells me I've bought all the game codes I can for 30 days. Never heard of this, but oh well.

Question is, are the tokens account specific (I know the SS is once it's actually claimed)? I've been using the account log in that I'm using the stones on. But, I have another account that I could use as the log in if they aren't account specific. Anyone know if this will work?

Once you have used them on one account they are useless for any other account

Well, what I actually meant was that when you buy the Legacy token, you enter the code and you get a legacy token. This appears in your pack. You then double click this and get the prompt of what you are choosing...charger of the fallen, green soulstone or hooded shroud. When you select soulstone, you then get the soulstone in your bank.

What I'm wondering is if I can get the Legacy token on the second account, pass the token to the other account, and then use it for that one.

You can transfer the tokens. I have purchased them and sold them for gold.
