Legacy II ver 0.7 is available

Version 0.7 is not available for Legacy II. As always, you can download it at the Modder's Exchange.

A quick note about closing the Rune book; you can right-click to close anywhere along the top portion (same area as if it were a generic window), or you can left click the upper right corner where the "X" button would be for the same effect.

If anyone has requests for what I should do with this skin, please let me know. Same goes for custom icons. I'll do what I can to accommodate you.

- Added Macros, Log Out, and Options functions to the menu bar
- Fixed a problem with the CustomSettings Mod not updating when I updated the skin
- Updated Open Inventory on Startup mod to ver 1.1

I rearranged the file structure so it can now be more easily ported to a different skin, which I will include in the next release. I also put this up as a separate, partial skin for those who do not want to wait.

Looks like Illandril will have to fix permissions on the partial skins section. I don't see anywhere for me to be able to fix that.

I re-learned how to make the right-click to close area larger and updated the partial skin to ver 1.2. Legacy II will have this update as well when ver 0.8 is released.
