I haven't patched, but suppose I should for the Halloween event... have to rework all my keys and mods.

Zym, I apologize for the double post, and I haven't done extensive testing on this yet, but as of the Halloween patch, backpacks in the Oct 22 Legacy seems a bit borked up. When you scroll them (either manually or with the scroll wheel) the grid tiles sort of stretch to float way outside of the backpack frame. Pic attached.

I have not seen this myself. Did you try restarting your client? I'm not sure what could cause this.
Yes unfortunately, it's been happening for (at least) the last several days over several reboots, using a clean install of your skin with no other additions or tweaks. Just now I tested it in the default skin as well as Bitter Black and Copper Enhanced, and the problem exhibits in all of them.
Some thoughts that pop to mind:
- I run in a window with frame showing, but it happens when running fullscreen too;
- I enable UI scale, but turning that off only reduces the problem, it doesn't eliminate it;
- It happens on fresh characters with no settings, old characters with wiped settings;
- I just reinstalled everything on this brand new machine running W7 last week, however, it only started happening with the patch last week, it wasn't happening in that brief window after I reinstalled on the new PC/OS and the patch. I can be positive about this since I used scrolling the inventory in UO as my mouse wheel test.
So anyway it seems to be an EC bug not a Legacy skin bug, and I'm sorry to have made ya think it was your problem. Thankfully I'll be away from UO for a few months anyway, maybe EA will have fixed when I'm back. LOL!
It would be nice to figure out a commonality with a setting but I haven't seen *anyone* else mention the problem -- the black texture bug has everyone tied up.

This is an old graphics bug from KR through now that pops up from time to time. Might try either installing or reinstalling new video drivers or you may have to do a clean reinstall.
It's not an issue with the mods themselves, it's a client/graphics corruption somewhere. I've had it before.
