is there any way to bond the leather wolves craftable with tinkering? mine dont seem to want to bond

You can`t bond with any Tinkered pets. Vollums that you see that are bonded are not tinkered. They are promo items from the SA release
.

Just about anything will eat Tasty Treats. It still is unsettled what you can bond with the treats. Bane dragons yes, golems no.
