Interesting to see some items with 7 properties as we usually only see 5 unless it's an arty. I've noticed a few 7 property Leafblades on vendors, e.g.

HSL 44%
HLA 44%
HML 60%
HCI 13%
DCI 14%
DI 40%
Use BWS

This runic made one was selling at just under 6 mill on Asuka. The Use BWS appears to be standard on all of them so it looks like this and the DI don't count as part of the total number of properties. Is this standard for high-end runic made stuff, 5+2 in this case and perhaps 5+1 on others?

High end runics give a max of 5 properties. (verite gives between 4 to 5 properties, valorite always gives 5 properties)

UBSW is from the Leafblade of Ease ML recipe.

40 DI you already know is from GM smithing and armslore.

Leafblades of ease can get up to 7 mods.




As you have also noticed, alot of of the times you see 5+1 property items even from highend hammers + ML recipes. The reduced number of properties can be due to rolling only 4 properties on a verite hammer, or one of the properties is DI above 40 (which over-rides the 40 DI from gm smithing/armslore and consequently takes up 1 of the runic properties).

If you make it out of gold ingots - I believe it can have even more. Gold adds 40 luck and 50% lower requirements.

You can make 9 property items. All will include 40% DI, 40 Luck, 50% Lower Req, UBWS and 5 other properties (provided DI/Luck not rerolled higher).

I think also though that the way imbuing works now if you try to unravel something with all those mods they divide and all kinds of stuff to lower total intensity :/ I could be wrong though too lazy to link to thread on the math
