For the past week, i have been going to Mr Nice's Casino on Atlantic, playing blackjack every time. I asked him one day what it'd take for him to bet his Blessed Shroud of Tal'keesh. He said a 100mil bet. We got to talking, and decided that if i raise the money, it'll happen.
With a Crimson Cincture steal last night, i made 100mil. Mr Nice, myself, and everyone not afk at Luna went to his casino for a 100mil bet on a single hand of blackjack.
I roll 8, then 3, then 5. Damnit, stuck at 16...figures. I gotta hit again. BOOM, 5...giving me a total of 21. Mr Nice's turn. He rolls, then busts with a 22. I win my original 100mil bet back, AND his Blessed Shroud of Tal'keesh. Biggest recorded blackjack bet in UO history? Not sure. Regardless, pretty kick ass.
P.S. Just for the record, this officially proves that Mr Nice's Casino on Atlantic could quite possibly be the MOST legit UO casino on the entire game. If you want to play against him at his casino, hang out in Luna for a while. He's the rich guy with the phoenix armor on. When he is running his casino, he'll let you know with a gate.
