I just found out that the Trammel map has a resolution of 6144 x 4096 tiles (pixels). So, if we say 1 tile corresponds to roughly 1 meter square or 10 square feet, then trammel is roughly 25 square kilometers or 10 square miles. Now, we can say that more than three quarters of this map is either water or unreachable locations, so we end up with 6-7 square kilometers or 2-3 square miles. If that is the case, Trammel is as big as Gibraltar.
Adding up all maps:
Trammel & Felucca: 6144 x 4096
Ilshenar: 2304 x 1600
Malas: 2560 x 2048
Tokuno: 1448 x 1448
Ter Mur: 1280 x 4096
Total are in tiles: 66,600,512
Approximate accesible tiles (1/4th): 16,650,128
If 1 tile is about 1 square meter, whole map corresponds to roughly 17 square kilometers or 6.5 square miles. For comparison, Manhattan is 59 square kilometers or 23 square miles and central park is 3.41 square kilometers or 1.32 square miles.
