The names of each items in pic:

Exsanguinous Ettin Eyeballs (Grey Apple)
Bottled Blood Brew (Red Bottle)
Mesanna's Cream Pie (White pie) (recycled event it was from another event)
Putrid Pumpkin Pie (Orange Pie)
Curdled Cheesecake (green cake)

All the items except Mesanna's Cream Pie are noobified. Mesanna's Cream Pie is Blessed.

Not sure how many of each dropped.
