Not Really and you shouldnt lose your macros unless you uninstall your client or deleted some files inside the UO folder its self

Actually, they recently moved the character folders and macros into the MyDocuments folder - so deleting something unfamiliar from there could cause the problem.

Although I don't lag but when im running around felluca I seem to be slower then everyone else.
