Lag Spikes

Hi,

No matter what I change I always get lag spikes using EC.

I followed these tips:

But nothing was resolved... The lag spikes occur randomly and sometimes last 3-4 seconds.

I am using Windows XP, and have a NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 512 with all the drivers up to date. Is there something I can do to fix this???

Hmm so I guess everyone has lag spikes and its normal...?

Not in normal gameplay there are known situations where are lag spikes in deed.

You using wireless internet adapters? if so that's your problem.

it usually happens to me during spawning... back in the day we attributed it to a speed hacker about to enter our area, but today... who knows.

Not using wireless...

And even just running around Umbra I get lag spikes. Not to sure whats going on. Maybe I will have to wait until EA fixes it up.
