(Question) Lag on Legends

anyone else suffering from lag when running about on Legends shard?
or any tips to attempt to fix the issue please,
its been two weeks of stop start lag,
I have re-installed uo wiped almost everything from my HD started from scratch
internet speed is good, pc spec is more than enough for uo,
other shards seem fine, just Legends is playing up.......
anyhelp would be awesome

at least two weeks for me, just stopping for no good reason mid-stride - so I don't run around much right now, I go fishing instead

Last time I had major lag issues with UO I wrote them some vile emails. Finally decided to have Comcast check my drop. When they unhooked my cable drop to test it outside water ran out from inside the cable. It flowed like a river lol. Worked really well with a new cable drop lol. Apologizing sucks... I was doing the "Gate quests" yesterday and luckily I didn't have any issues.
