Two ways to rez yourself.

First is to get the virtue 'sacrifice' by sacrificing fame. At knight level it grants you 3 self-rezes per week.

Second is through the skill 'spellweaving' . You cast the spell 'gift of life' on yourself and it will protect you. Not sure on the timing but I think it's about 5 minutes, not sure if that extends according to how many cast a focus.
You can also cast this one on another character or pet.

heh, I don't have it on Siege, do on Europa, but I never use it in a pvp situation until after I've been looted. Doing so before hand seems like an excellent way to get rez-killed.
