Housing/Boats King's Collection Tapestries

All three King's Collection tapestries (Bull, embroidered and the craftable plant) all place touching the floor (in both clients) and they cannot be raised using the interior decorator tool. Since they can't be placed on a raised goza mat, this makes decorating with them pointless.

I have confirmed this issue and submitted a problem report into the system.
