A long shot that probably wont be successfull, as i know its a slow house market here..

But im in the market for a keep ( well, its on my wishlist ) .. and want to know if anyone have a keep or know of one that could be for sale, and what we are talking in price for a decent keep.

No no..I just don't get as much use out of that house as someone else might.

That is a cute location.....
But since i have absolutely no idea on what houses are worth here yet, and the fact that the only price i´ve goten so far is in Atlantic Gold.. well.. im not much wiser.
So give me a rough estimate and we can talk

i paid 30-35m for the one i showed you cant reemember ive seen em sell for 15 -40+mill depending on location

I sold one about a year ago for 5 million... pricing seems to be rising quickly here on Siege.

Don´t think I´ve ever seen a keep sell for more than 10 or so if even that.

From searching the forums, there doesnt seem to have been one for sale for a LONG time?
