This is rough, but 3 to 5 million would be my guess.

Before the land rush, no keep sold (except for one) for more than about 2 mil - and those were at really prime locations. I have very recently sold 4 holds since the land rush for 3, 7 , 5 and 3. As someone once said, it is all about location, location and location.

I expect land prices to go up in the next year but if you are expecting more than 10 mil you might have to wait a long time.

It was exciting to place, then i got inside and realized i hated the layout of it. Guess i will sit on it.
