Good on luck on your sell.But i am just telling you what it is.Siege is one of the lowest populated shard and the ppl that buy stuff here are either aleredy rich and have major homes.

Are those coordinates in Fel or Malas? Either way, they are in the middle of nowhere.

In spite of his lack of salesmanship, Old Foe is right...on Siege where housing isn't hard to find, location, size, custom decoration, and contents are the deciding factors on whether something is worth more than "placement" value.

When I reactivated one of my accounts just a few weeks ago, I placed an 18X18 on Siege out in the boonies in a low spawn area, within 10 minutes.
