Nevermind - turned out to be I wore the cloak of corruption, STUPID ME :<

The Cloak of Corruption will kill your karma, so if you put it on, that's probably why. I went from great to Glorious Lord inside, and I'm pretty much just killing whatever happens to be nearest.
