Just verifying one more time about deletion of house owner

If I delete the owner of my house on Seige (thus no character on account), can I then make a new one and still own my house? Just want confirmation one more time before I do it. Thank you for your patience with me. The whole thing makes me nervous.

Thanks,
Akalabeth

I have done that personally and it worked just fine for me.

Granted it was quite a few years ago.

However , others claim it works just fine.

Same thing with Soulstone, what you call 'account bound'.

Yes the house is account bound so you'll be okay. The owner sign may still show the original owner but it will recognise that's you with a different name.

Make sure all your stuff from the bank and your char is in your house, and any high skills stored on soulstones. The only thing you will lose this way are any stat scrolls you used on the char.

Yes, a house is owned of the account, all chars on an account is owner. Evt jump on TC and test it.
Your bank and stable will be deleted with the char so if you do have and stuff in your bank, place it in the house.
