I have a LBOD : Tinkering Valorite 20 : keyring, keys, globes, spylass.
How do I get keyring, key, globe, spyglass SBOD's valorite? Pure chance only keep getting bods?

Pretty much. You could also check vendor search and you can try bribing up lower BODs of those types.

I would abandon the spyglass large myself haha... I've got 5 toons with 70+ tinkering who grab 3 bods every day and in 2 months haven't pulled a single spyglass and only 2 globes. Better to focus on the utensil large. If you put 35 tinkering skill on you'll get everything you need from smalls for that utensil LBOD relatively easily

Call out in Gen Chat to other BOD Collectors to see if they can help you. You can also fill small BODs that you do not need and turn them in and get another BOD. Spyglass do exists because I have them.

So to use this as an example, if I get a keyring SBOD, one can bribe it up with a low tinkering it will stay small bod as long as the tinkering is low? Or it can change to LBOD, or change into something totally different with bribing? Can it go to 20 val bod? Or no, its random may go to 15 val keyring bod get stuck there and can no longer be upgraded to say 20 val bod?

It won't change to any other item but you can bribe it up to 20 val exceptional. Paying a bribe will either increase quantity (10/15/20) by one level, increase material by one level until you get to valorite, or turn it from normal to exceptional. 20 val exceptional is the end of the line for bribes. It won't ever become a large or change to a different item
