[Tech Help] Journal Window disappeared

Hi,
my journal window disappeared. So I also cannot chat anymore. Does anyone knows how I can get it back? It disappeared on all characters and all accounts.

Who has a solution for me?

deleted the folder \EA Games\Ultima Online Stygian Abyss and copied the UserData back into it. Chat window ist back :)
