If it takes THAT long I'll be MUCH more annoyed than I already am.

It's almost impossible to believe that the maint is always on time - yet updates and such are absolutely unpredictable.

I know -- I'm a veteran of 5 years, and I know that the golden rule of anything about computers is: always add 2-3 times of the estimated time as the 'margin of error'.

Computers are totally unpredictable, I know that through experience, as I work with computer hardware. (Not for a living yet.)

P.S. I think I may have contradicted my previous post in what I was implying...

k, dumb question here. I have had a TSO account (paid, never stopping) starting January 7, 2003. I paid until December of 2006.

Which time, I got bored as heck and deleted my sim and cancelled my account.

k, early June 2007, I missed all my friends on TSO and re-activated. But, I had deleted my old TC sim. (That is where I always played).

So, do I get a 4th year gift? I paid for 4 total years, but I quit TSO for 6 months inbetween.

TY for your input.

We don't think we'll be able to bring TC3 back up by 4. However, it will be up within the hour.

If your entitlement days in TC3 adds up to over 4 years you should get a gift

Cherri, when TC3 comes back up, look at what your entitlement days are. If it is 1460 or higher, then you will get the 4th year gift. If it is 1825 or higher, then you will get a 5th year also.

the blog says "Gift Box and 4th year gift" will the 4th year gift be in a gift box? How will it be different from mystic tree and cannon boxes?

And will the 4th and 5th gifts be available in TC3.

I didn't have the chance to play around on the internal test server before this publish. So when TC3 comes back, come to the Community Store, and we'll check it out together.
