It's Been Asked Before... Shard Shields

So I can pick 2 shard shields and looking for advice. Right now I have Legends, ATL and Great Lakes. Mostly looking for places to find good deals on stuff that actually has stuff. I know I want one Japanese shard. I kinda like Sakura, but I don't know. Any suggestions?
