O sorry, the mall is Tomas's mall on ATlatnic. Its in the middle of no where hehe. Can't explan the whereabouts really but if your in brit just ask for a gate to the Trasure Trove's mall. Nearly everyone has a rune there.

There is also a rune to the Treasure Trove Mall at Goodman's Library in Zento.
(Second house west of the Moongate, look for the GRL on the roof.)

Go upstairs to the second floor. There are several Vendor Rune books at the top of the stairs. You will find the Treasure Trove listed in one of the Trammel books.
