Ish/Tok/Fel... Who turned out the lights?

Ok... running around doing some champ spawns... next thing you know I am in Ish and it starts sounding and looking like Fel... no biggie...

Then I hop over to Tokuno... everything is normal... then *poof* it is like Fel again... Then pop over to Fel and well that at least looked like everything else now... back to Tokuno and its normal for a few minutes then looks like Fel and then then everything goes dark as though night had set in...

This is easily solved by taking my item with nightsight off and re-equiping it... then I remembered that the character was an elf and shouldn't have needed anything at all...

Everywhere looking like fel has happened before... but this is the first time that somebody has turned off the lights... has this been happening to anybody else? I understand that times are tough all over, but do we really need the cut backs on lighting in the game?

I've played for 2yrs now, and this has happened to my elf chars every now and then throughout that time. Even one really bizarre time when I was in Haven banking, someone turned out the lights and no matter what I did (pots, re equip nightsight item, night sight spell) it stayed dark. Then the lights just popped back on and all was fine again. Also had it happen in Doom Gauntlet and the only thing that worked was picking up my Night Reaper. Was in the middle of killing something at the time too, very disconcerting!
