Is this worth anything on Atlantic?

Hi guys, ive found a Talisman with 95% Ancient Lich killer on it.
This gonna be worth anything what with the new events/puzzles that are being tested in Khaldun?
If i remember rightly thats where Mr Ancient lives ...
