I got a fan dancer paragon chest from one of the gem arc events, and was wondering if there are a bunch out there, or if it's rare, or what? Any opinions?

Is This Rare?

It is rare to a point, I suppose.
The name itself is not rare but the essence of the box itself makes it rare. Fan Dancer's do not spawn in Ilshenar so it cannot drop a chest naturally. Being as it was apart of an EM Event, I assume there was a possibility of it dropping from the mob. So yes, it is rare to an extent but not as rare as other chests might be.
I would estimate it to be worth 5-10M.
