I have two reward ethys with different spellings. I think Ethereal is the normal one and Etheral is the misspelled one but not sure.

Info can be found here Ethereal Horse Statuette in the notes, maybe a small premium for "Etheral" cuz rarer but not much more. Check VS on Atlantic under "Ethereal Horse" for pricing

My understanding is that these ethereal horses were one of the more common misspelled vet items to find. Now that all (useful) vet rewards a bit more expensive after the IDOC changes that made vet rewards poof, if you can get a premium greater than 20m-50m above VS for this, you should definitely take it.
