Hi, Im trying to figure out this item.
"A Banner Deed" ...when I click it is acts as a 2nd year veteran reward HOWEVER lacks the normal 2nd label you would see below (2nd year veteran reward) . Is this in fact a very OLD veteran reward, before the labels were placed or a error deed? Have you seen any of these or know its placement, please let me know so I can determined its value or if you know its value please let me know too. Thank you!

Dunno, but i have seen another of these deeds and i have "a flaming head deed" that doesnt have the 2nd year vet reward line.
