Is there much of a difference between 15 MR and 19 Mana Regen?

After considering the deminishing returns, is there still a good bit of difference between 15 Mana regen vs having 19 mana regen? I'm trying to determine if it's worth keeping 19 Mana Regen or going down to 15 Mana Regen so I can have 12 HP Regen...

I am currently sitting at 6 HP Regen and if I go to 15 Mana Regen I can bump the HP Regen to 12. Is this worth it, or should I keep the 19 Mana Regen?

With 120 Meditation, 120 Focus, 100 INT, 19 MR:

3.1727 MPS​

4.4377 MPS​

Non-Meddable:​

1.9077 MPS​

In all three cases there is a difference of 0.1458 MPS. I imagine if you have a real hard time with your mana, this *might* make a little difference, e.g. keeping up your bard song indefinitely or not keeping up your bard song. You decide.
