Apparently, he called 7 days after the incident, Toontown told him there was nothing they can do, and he still wants to know what can be done.

how can that be true? did they change the rules on that? didn't eric get his toons back after he cancelled his account?

But he didn't delete the toons. He simply stopped paying.

I had one of my toons deleted a couple of months ago. I was able to call up and get it restored right away. I just had to replant my trees and get all my friends back on that toon. I had a friend that canceled her account and decided to go back a ew months later. She was able to get her toons back. Maybe because he just stopped paying without officially cancelled is the reason he has a problem.

That, it seems, has been changed. You must call w/in 7 days of deleting the toon, or else it is gone forever. It also takes about a month to get them back. Toontown doesn't really care you know?

PS. I've had a few SFs who have done this, and told me about it while it was happening.
