Is there a way to put someone on ignore in General chat

i know in 2d its the same way you would if their avatar was near yours...when you go to the ignore player tab in options it gives you the option to select the people that are in your journal atm.

How do you use the ignore feature in the Enhanced Client chat? I don't see the option.
