would like to know how i find out what the maximum possible per greater dragon in each skill is attainable thx

Pre tame or birth skills max:

Wrestling 145
Tactics, MR, EI, Magery 140

So if a GD spawns with a max skill it will be able to train up to 90% of that value after taming:

Wrestling 130.5
Tactics, MR, EI, Magery 126
