Is there a formula for a Mare's stats after taming?

I've seen the formula for Greater Dragons, but is there one for Nightmares?

For instance, does a Mare that will end up with 525 str, 315 hp, and 125 int spawn with those stats?

Do they go down after taming then go up wiht training?

Their strength and hp's will be as high as they will go after taming. Their intel will drop, but can be trained back up to 125 max. Same with Dex. Resists don't change from pre to post tame.
