(Question) Is the Solen quest broken?

Been to the solen hives but everytime i try to initiate a quest, it tells me i am already busy with another quest, so can't give me one !!!

i have checked and have no quests active !!!


so, is it broken?

There are two types of quest, one shows in your quest log, accessible via your paper doll, the other shows on your character's context menu. Check the context menu for active quests.
