Is putting one of the special moves on a Lion worth it?

At that point, training a 5-slot lion with healing.

Is taking the extra special move (tail swipe, as searing wounds pretty much is only good against targets with healing) worth the 100 points?

Tail swipe sounds good. But I have never noticed it do heavy damage. But it does the other things it says.

Paralyze length is determined by targets magic resist. So it depends on what your planned targets are.

Can confirm. Tail swipe is an awful waste of points. Source: Put Tail Swipe on a Cu and it almost never procs.
