Is LT Crag still dropping the odd ranger cloak??

and indeed on europa as LT Dan ever dropped one.. ive got 2 of each new item form dan but never no old ones...so for my last 18 picks it looks like being crag??

Originally Lt. Dan was supposed to drop the new items and Lt. Crag was supposed to drop the old ones. However both drop both.

Of course they still have not patched the client and they are silent. Makes me wonder if maybe more people got laid off. A lot of questions in the last 2 weeks with very little in the way of answers.
