Is it safe to reactivate? Or guaranteed Double-Charge?

I'm on the account reactivation screen. Is it ok to reactivate? Or will i get double charged for sure?

It should be ok. There hasn't been massive reports of double-charging so I'd feel alright reactivating. Maybe just do a 1-month fee to be safe though. That way if it does double charge you you wont be out a whole lot while it gets fixed.
