Housing/Boats Is it a bug that Frostwood doesn't spawn on ships ?

All ingot types are found on Merchant Ships, why is it that all boards except Frostwood were included ? Shouldn't traveling ships be carrying even (and especially) the rarest of woods to other lands for sale/trade ?
