Is gm paging down?

I put in a page 6 hours ago, no status update, not even a "sorry can't help you" message since, i can go back into the page menu and can't even see that i recently paged. (no way to tell from what i can see now).

Normally after 6 hours I get the useless auto-response I always get to pages, and the lack of any meaningful GM support, not even getting a ingame message or email is weird.

Not sure what the hours are however I paged for GM Assistance on Sunday and was expecting to wait 2-3 hours.

GM showed up within 60 seconds and fixed my problem. Literally less than a minute and my issues were resolved.

Never...ever...had that kind of GM service. It was quite the the pleasant suprise.

there is nothing to tell you now that your in the queue, they just send you a message now telling you its been looked into.

No email either telling you that you placed a page for a GM

It took a LONG time but a GM did finally come. He listened to the issue, I showed him the problem, and after spending a hour in GM chat teaching a GM how factions works (he didn't understand how I was trying to place vendors in town....). He finally told me that they don't have the power to help do anything but basicly move items, and that he sent my problem in to the QA team via email and that they'll get right back to me.

Ok, now this is 3 days later...the sigils have already gone back to neutral and all the work we did to capture them gone....and we're STILL all bugged, nobody has so much as sent an email. Basicly, since I didn't mention it, the short of the issue is that on Siege the entire Minax faction is bugged and can't place faction vendors/warhorse vendors when assigned as finance minister. (meaning, basicly, when we take the towns COM still controls all the vendors, and we can't even buy warhorses from our own town). This is NOT just me, this is everyone in our faction, we sat there at the townstone having the commander set each one of us then fire us in turn so we could all try.

We kinda need this fixed, as it's a shardwide issue now....
