Over the last week or two, Oceania had been laggy one minute then normal the next. Has any one else noticed this?
It dosn't seem to matter what time of day / night and i don't think every one is effected by it heres some tracert results from all different times

The only problem is with mass paging gms is that apparently you can get banned for harrassing staff. :(

Its Been Over a month, I still haven't had a ping under 200 and no help at all from EA despite over 6 emails to there tech support and its the same EA Owned IP's Giving packet loss and high ping
