On Baja, Moonglow and Trinsic both have the Falsehood/Hatred npcs... yet there is no spawn?

What am I missing here? SL has all the sigils...I'm confused...and I really want some of those sweet spellbooks.

Is something broken?

Searched high and low for a CD in Moonglow and Trinsic. There is none to be found. Searched the WHOLE island of Moonglow... wtf?

I want an invasion. Not just stupid Falsehood/Hatred NPCS and no reward other than 5-10 silver.

Please fix this asap.
