Here is something intersting. It's a Green Cloak and colored in Hue 1165. It appears there are some items that are in this hue according to the following link.

Sorcerer's suit is the same hue 1165.

Is there any extra value for this item being it's both a Green Cloak + the hue? What is a fair price in your opinion?

This is something that you cannot craft anymore. I forget the year you could craft this but no matter what you dye it the item will retain its green name. Not just a common tailoring bod cloth reward.
