Intensity on bows for relics

Does anyone know what's the intensity that a bow has to have before you can enhance it with frostwood and unravel for relic fragments?

Chrome's data said 335 but I've been getting essences. Any ideas?

Unless someone shoots you a PM, it's not likely that you will get an answer - sadly, any time a recipe gets posted for unraveling into frags gets posted, that item gets nerfed. So don't take any silence as personal.

frost gives about 60 so for a gargoyle at queens forge you would need to start with app. 340
this may be a little less i just did one with 332 and it gave relic frag

Not looking for a recipe to make something but just to enhance not imbue some decent loot to relics. I've found the 335 to be very reliable on metals and imbue with valorite. Leather and wood, I've had a lot more issues with. I guess I shall keep trying

Well considering i can imbue a crossbow up and enhance with frostwood for over 526/500 and get only essence with 120 imbuing and at queens soulforge... Id say it is not possible to make relics this way. Only possible way i know of is still Knights War Cleaver's made with gold or valorite ingots. Unless your saying looted bows + enhancing gives a relic?

I'm pretty sure the OP is asking about looted bows. High intensity loot can still reliably be enhanced, don't know about imbued, to give relics. You just need to know the minimum intensity and which material to enhance with will get you there.

I haven't played around with this at all yet so I don't know what the intensities are. There is an EC mod which will suggest what to enhance loot with to maximize it's intensity. You might try that.

Yes, I use copper enhanced with the itemhighlighting mod as it tells me what the intensity is on a looted item without having to calculated with a spreadsheet. I've had some that were 335 and over but after enhancing with frostwood, still fails to be a relic. Maybe I didn't subtract 100 when it is spellchanneling no FC penalty...

That mod may need to be updated possibly as well. The devs did mess with the unraveling formulas in the last publish. Also, I pretty much understand imbuing 90% but sometimes I look at the information that mod is giving me and I'm like "what the heck." Many times the imbuing menu shows me an item is very high in intensity but that mod will show it as mid 200s or low 300s. I dunno, maybe I'm not using it right.

Well if somebody could shoot me a pm would be great on making relics. I dont even sell relics just need a supply b/c I make suits and weps for a whole guild.
