This is too familiar no doubt, only it should be a thing of the past, shouldn't it?

Yes, I'm a returning player and it feels like I've gotten into a time machine and returned to the 1998-2002 era, moving five steps/2 seconds. Things were smooth with Stygian Abyss, no? The couple of months I played around it's inception was the last time I spent time in game and I don't recall it being this bad.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I remember moving quite freely for about 5 or 6 years...
