If your raising it you can kinda cheat...
Probs costs you more to be fair but,
when you hit 50 start making Spellbooks and if you can find a just eq tali (no normal bonus).
By the time you hit gm you will probably have yourself a full set of Super Slayer Spellbooks.
Now you can either use them if you champ or sell them. the excess you can turn into the library for points

That is a good idea...making mass spellbooks instead. I do champ spawns so that'd be good =)

Just go for exceptional while your gaining (at 50 you get 0 exp chance and i dont know if it matters but youll get more eq books that way)
Yea they cost 10 scrolls per book.
You will be looking at about 100,000 scrolls though just as warning (also quicker as you dont use mana)

Well... it's more scrolls... but I just gotta find a faction vendor and get them there =) Now I just gotta get the money on Napa... just started there a few days ago.

That will be difficult to do seeing as factions only control a town for 6hours or until the invasion is over,
I would suggest putting it of until you have sufficient gold then.

I just went on a scoll buying frenzy and I can tell you I paid alot more for the scrolls in a faction town then I did a non. 20gp per scroll - Faction Town, 5gp per scroll - Non Faction.Well... it's more scrolls... but I just gotta find a faction vendor and get them there =)

Good template i used to run that, was doing some stupid damage on champs with the slayer and about 40%SDI in suit (couldnt get any higher and have a playable PvP suit)Necro/mage/scribe. A spawning character.
I think the reason factions are more expensive is they get bought out right at the start and they put prices up once they been cleared out once.

And can't the faction decide what price they want to sell scrolls at?
Rich, I figure I can get some mad damage as well...But i'm also contemplating on making a pure damage output archer to bring in for the Champ. Bushido/Chiv/Archery etc... and use a heavy hitting heavy crossbow while in wraith form to chain Lightning Strike. I figure it could/should be faster than using a necro/mage to finish off the champ. And my buddy is making a necro/mage/scribe too so...
But yeah, I plan on getting as much SDI as possible in case I do feel like using that toon to kill the champ.

5% from Pendant of Magi (switch gorgets when necessary)
And if I could ever find a bracelet to use with SDI and still have my FC/FCR...more SDI there.

The slayer spell book will double damage, however doesnt work for necro spells.
If im honest i would say stick with the ornament of magician on bracelet (3/2 20%lrc 10%lmc and 15 energy.)
I know its not much but why not the Hat of ~Magi??
Also if you want to go silly you could use the spell woven britches for another 10%sdi (however you wont want to wear them when your not hitting the champ).
Get yourself a 30%SDI 3MR event book for when your doing spawn (Whither is nasty if you stack up that much SDI).

Slayer book i'd prolly EO/Corpse skin and FB or FS the champ. Using the Spell Britches would be hard due to losing LRC in other spots methinks. No AoF on that shard =/

Without stacking that much SDI when i used to roll scribe necro,
I could solo a barry in about 5mins (champ that is) was tending to hit for over 150 FS, would have been wquicker but he loses mana to quick then you have to wait for him to pop spawn and wither your mana back.

That's good to know... So two necro/scribe/mages should be able to roll Baracoon in no time.

Yep my advise is to collect 100,000 scrolls first. Easily at a time you can hold a couple hundred in your pack. Do as many spellbooks you can in a one to two hour setting. Or more...depending how long you stay logged in.
Inscription does little good to work in short spurts. Use what talisman you can find to stay above or around the 50 to 75 range. Once you get higher, just ditch the talisman and work inscription as normal.
Set a macro so you can do it faster and so it won't become as tedious. Some people have the conception that this skill takes a long time to work...but that is false.

Reason being false is you just need to start with 50 OR work the lower tier spells till you get close to 50. A great talisman can make all the difference as well...so if you don't have one I would invest in acquiring one before moving further.
1. 0 to 30 or so: buy from mage OR
