[Inscription] Inscription FAQ broken?

If I try to view the Inscription FAQ all I get is a blank thread page. Clicking on "Last Page" makes it redirect back, one page at a time, until my browser gives up.

I was looking for some pointers on what to scribe at which levels for the best skill gain
