Inscribe Bonus (Idea)

Make Inscribe give you the bonus 30% SDI cap w/o the negations of the new focused mage/necro/weaver/mystic requirements. (But obviously no 10% bonus beyond that like a focused/inscribe mage would gain)

It would be like the upcoming alchemy change in a way. Just for inscribe and SDI item mods.

Would be a pain to fit though, you'd definitely be lacking somewhere.

Nah they already added 15 SDI for pure mages....as if that somehow makes mages more equal to a dexxer in the field....
