Just my own thoughts on this item since it looks like you are kinda new to Stratics so maybe new to UO as well... it's missing too many of the really key things players would want to justify the price you are asking...
For a PVM mage suit it is missing SDI/DCI
For a luck suit you would want 150 luck
For a pvp mage suit you would want DCI/HCI/SDI/EP
It has some stats, but no skill increase
Yes, it has many properties, but I just don't see the right combination to justify a reserve of 50 million... to be really honest, even 5 million would be a stretch IMO.
